So my interview was pretty good. The person I was supposed to meet was sick, so I ended up talking to someone else. He was really nice and seemed to listen well. We went through the usual stuff like what I did in my last job and why I wanted to work there. We also spent time discussing the role and what the company is all about. After that, I chatted with the person who currently does the admin job to hear about her experience. Then, I met with the head of HR, who also asked me some standard questions. Some of these chats apparently decided my fate.

The interviews were split into two parts, each with a different set of two interviewers. They went through a list of detailed questions and then asked if I had any questions. The whole thing took about an hour and a half.

- Following the interview, I sent a thank-you email expressing my enjoyment of the meeting and gratitude for the opportunity, but I received no response regarding the interview outcome or notification about not being selected, which struck me as highly unprofessional.
