- How do you work under pressure
Customer Service Representative
First interview was for you to introduce yourself, followed by typing tests and other assessments. Then there was a role play with others to learn better. Completed final interview. The final interview had all the interview questions and how much you learned in training.
- Can you present a call flow?
Sales Representative
It was a group interview with about 5 to 8 people. Everyone answered questions one after the other, or sometimes one person would answer a question directed at the group. There were 2 interviewers, and one of them was writing down our answers by hand.

Wireless Expert
The interview process was very unprofessional. I was interviewed at a wobbly table in the middle of the sales floor and the interviewers paid more attention to customers than to the interview they were giving. I do not feel like they were even considering me for the job due to their lack of attention. The interview felt more like a sales pitch than a back and forth which made me uncomfortable. One of the interviewers did not even stick around for half of the interview and the one that did somehow wrote down everything that I said wrong. I also was pushed the notion that the company is like a family and that they could cater to my college schedule. I felt that this was too good to be true and the interviewer then called over an employee who supported the claim in a way that I can only describe as awkwardly kissing up to the boss. The whole interview felt very forced and awkward. At the end the interviewer took down my number and said they would call me back in a week. I am not expecting a call and if I receive one I will be politely declining the position.
- Can you describe what a sales process entails?
