Member of Technical Staff
The hiring process was super clear from the get-go. HR laid out all the steps, what to expect, and when. The interviewers were really nice and professional, seemed genuinely keen to know about my abilities and what I could bring to the role.
- Can you describe your final year project?
Software Engineer
This was a really unprofessional interview. The person interviewing me was dressed casually in a hoodie and didn't try to make me feel comfortable at all; they seemed quite annoyed. I didn't get the job, but it's fine because I found a better role somewhere else. I just wanted to share how bad this interview was, easily the worst I've ever had.
- Could you answer some technical questions about data structures?
- Could you answer some technical questions about algorithms?
Software Engineer
It was a one day process. The first round was technical, where they asked about testing-related questions and some real-time scenarios. The second round was with the manager, who asked some normal questions about testing methods and one SQL question. The third round was with the director, who asked all real-time situational questions and some basic definitions, then asked about family and salary. The fourth round was the HR round, where she asked everything apart from salary and told me to leave for the day. After that, I haven't received any confirmation, and now they are saying the position is on hold.
- All testing related questions.
- SQL basic query.
