First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MetricStream.
Intern
Applied through college, the whole process took about a week. It started with a written test, then a technical interview, followed by a techno-managerial round, and finally an HR interview. The technical interview was about 40 minutes long, while the techno-managerial and HR interviews were each about 15 minutes.
- Could you write some SQL queries?
- Write a Javascript program for email validation
Intern
There were five rounds in total. The first was a written test, followed by an online coding round on Hackerearth. Then, a face-to-face technical round, a managerial round, and finally, another HR written test which was quite simple. The online test included aptitude, a case study, and one puzzle program, which was the most important part. The face-to-face round was tricky but easy, focusing on basics, and I was 99% confident with every question. And then I rejected.
- Basic questions concerning oops
- Basic questions regarding programs
- Query questions
Intern
I interviewed at the Bengaluru office in April 2017. Got shortlisted via an online test on freshersworld.com, then had three rounds at the MetricStream Office. The 2nd and 3rd rounds happened a week after the first one. Round 1 was a Preliminary Written Test covering General Aptitude, C, and C++. Round 2 was a Face-to-Face Technical Interview. Round 3 involved Techno-functional and HR Interviews.
