The interview process was pretty straightforward and efficient. If you have sales experience, and you know your numbers and sales figures, you should be fine. If you're a recent graduate, the focus is on your mindset and your drive to be part of a high-performing sales team.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was smooth. I contacted the CEO directly, who then introduced me to the COO, and the process began. The interviews were in-person, and I met the people I would be working with. Communication was clear from the start, and I was always informed about the progress of my application. Everyone I spoke with could answer my questions about Metric's future with confidence, which really engaged me early on.

Had a 1v1 call with TA, then a 1v1 call with the Hiring Manager. After that, there was a Sales Assessment and a Panel with 2 employees. Finally, a 1v1 call with the CEO. It was a good process overall, gave a great insight into the organization. You should come prepared, know what the company is all about, and have many questions to ask.
