The process was very professional and easy going. The IT Program Manager and the Director asked specific questions about Project Management and Information Technology, and they weren't pressuring me. The HR Manager also asked specific questions that were easy to answer.

The interview process was brief and pertinent to the job. However, there appeared to be some internal disorganization. They extended a verbal offer that ultimately wasn't finalized. What's more, they didn't even bother to formally notify the candidate that the offer was rescinded.

The hiring process took about 9 weeks and included several interviews. I'd suggest applying directly because the recruiting agency they used was pretty disorganized and often lacked updates for weeks. The recruiter even mixed up my name with another candidate and confused my interview slot with another job. The stages were: Recruiter call, Manager interview, an aptitude test, another Manager interview with HR, and then a final Manager and HR interview.
