First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Methodist University.
Office Administrator
It was an easy and very friendly interview. I was asked to talk about my previous job tasks and duties and why I'm interested in this role. It was a relaxed process, not too formal.
- Can you describe your previous work experience and the tasks you performed?
Graduate Student
We did a webcam interview where we rotated through different professors who asked us questions about ourselves and how we handle certain situations.
- Given real-world physical therapy scenarios, how would you respond?
Registered Nurse
It was a 2-step interview process. The first interview was a panel interview and if they decided they wanted to hire you, you would interview with the manager of the floor/unit you were interested in. The questions were easy to moderately difficult.
- Describe a time you made a mistake in a clinical setting and what steps you took to rectify it.
Student Nurse Intern
It was an online process that was interactive and wonderful to manage. The questions were comprehensive and well-thought out. I knew that those interviewing me wanted to know me as a person and I was a good fit for the company.
- Can you describe how you handle challenging individuals?
