First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare.
Pharmacist
It was pretty simple. I had a panel interview with the director and some other pharmacists. It was a laid-back atmosphere. Dressing nicely is key; I received compliments on my attire, while other candidates apparently didn't dress appropriately for an interview (I wore simple black slacks and a nice floral blouse that was suitable for work).
- Describe an urgent and challenging patient case you handled and the steps you took.
Administrative Assistant
It was a quick interview, but the follow up was poor. I would have appreciated an email or a response to my emails, even if I wasn't selected. The people were very kind, though! I hope they found a great candidate.
- What do you seek in a company?
Registered Nurse
I had a call with a really nice HR recruiter who made sure I would interview with the best person for me. Then I had my interview and met a manager who was so kind and loved her job. I am very excited to join this company and look forward to working in a great environment.
- Were you looking for full-time or part-time work?
- Were you willing to travel?
Radiologic Technologist
The interview process was pretty straightforward, with questions mostly as expected. The interviewer gave a brief tour of the outpatient facility and facilitated introductions between me and the staff. Later, I had a follow-up interview with the manager for my specific field, although it wasn't at the smaller facility I applied to, where I was asked more technical questions related to my work experience.
- Is there ever a situation where deviating from hospital policy is acceptable?
- What makes you want to work for Le Bonheur?
