It was a quick process, and felt friendly and casual. They used a scoring process for each question. I was made to feel at ease and it was very casual. The interview people were lovely and made me feel at ease.

Music Therapist
The interview process was very comfortable, with friendly interviewers who asked good questions and showed curiosity about my other interests. They even shared the questions in advance, which helped me prepare with more confidence.
- In a safeguarding scenario, how would you handle a resident sharing confidential information such as bank details?
Head of People Engagement and Development
Despite requesting an early slot due to my son's birthday, I waited 45 minutes in reception. Then I was given a written task with contradictory instructions. If I followed them exactly, I wouldn't have done what they asked. So, I had to guess. The task itself had poor grammar and spelling errors. After that, I waited another 25 minutes because an interview room hadn't been booked. Finally, during the interview, the panel seemed unsure about the role and what they wanted. One interviewer was very serious the whole time. The whole visit was 2 hours, with only 30 minutes spent interviewing.
- What unique value do I offer for this position
Kitchen Assistant
We talked about kitchen safety and hygiene, just a little Q&A on that. Then I was asked about my commute and if I depend on public transport. Lastly, they asked about my availability to start.

- How would you commute to work?
- Do you depend on public transport for your commute?
