The interview process was pretty simple. We started with a phone call where they asked a bunch of behavioral questions and really wanted to get to know me. The second interview was on Zoom, and they asked more behavioral questions, focusing on how I work with a team.
- Can you share an instance of a project you worked on that didn't succeed and the lessons learned?
- Describe a situation where you had to handle a challenging group member and how you approached it.
Executive Assistant
The interview process was quick and easy. Everyone was very polite, professional, and nice. The interview questions were all behavioral, so there wasn't a single correct answer. It was organized well. Although it was a panel interview, which can be nerve-wracking, everyone made me feel at ease, which was helpful.
- Can you share an example of a time when you had to complete a task with minimal or no assistance? What steps did you take, and what was the result?
IT Specialist
I was interviewed by the IT supervisor and the Applications manager. The IT manager asked a lot of technical questions, like differences in 802.11 wireless schemes and how to add a client workstation to a domain. This part took about 90 minutes. The applications manager asked personality and situational questions about handling customers. I felt the IT manager might be flaky, and he was. I was let go after a couple of months with no explanation, possibly because I was solving old problems and pushing for a standardized image.
- How would you prioritize two high-priority calls simultaneously, one from a VP and the other from a business-critical team?
