First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Methodist Health System - NE and IA.
Administrative Assistant
The process was okay. We talked with the recruiter about the job, pay, and schedule. I answered basic questions about teamwork and diversity. It felt like a monotonous and somewhat lackluster process. They didn't highlight the company or the benefits of working there.
- What are your thoughts on diversity?
Lab Assistant
It was a really good interview experience. The people I met were easy to talk to and it felt pretty relaxed, like I was just visiting with them before we got to the actual interview questions. They answered all my questions, and I felt like they really took their time getting to know me and paid attention to what I was saying.
- Tell me about a time when you didn't meet your patient or customer's expectations and explain how you dealt with that.
Marketing Strategist
Had a 30-min chat with a recruiter and then a 1-hour interview with the whole marketing team. It went super well, and I was told I was a top candidate. Sadly, the salary they offered was way lower than I put on my application. It's a bummer because the recruiter had indicated it might be closer to my range initially. Seems like a lot of time could have been saved if we'd clarified the salary expectations earlier. Everyone was nice, the questions were interesting, and communication was great, but it ended disappointingly.
- Could you describe a hobby of yours and explain how you engage in it?
Physician Assistant
The interview process was comfortable and easy. They clearly laid out expectations, and all the interviewers were incredibly nice. It was a 3-step process: first, a talk with the recruiter, then one with management, and finally one with the physician team. A tour of the office was also part of the final step.
- Can you describe your practice style?
