I got referred by someone who works at method. About a week later, a scheduler reached out. Then, I went in to meet with a vfx supervisor and the department lead. We talked about my personality, my technical skills related to the role, and they explained what method is about. The next day, they asked for my rate. We negotiated a bit, and then they made an offer. I had to do a drug test, which was a bit weird, but other employees said it's not a big deal.

It was a light interview and a technical interview, then we discussed the offer with some negotiation. After that, there was the contract and setting up the schedule for starting. We also talked about accommodation and relocation, which depends on availability and the desired start date. The goal is to move as soon as possible, but this can vary between artists and depends on their years of experience.

The interview went well and had a positive outcome. However, they mentioned they didn't have any openings at the moment, so I ended up taking a different job a few months later. It was disappointing because I thought the role was for an immediate opening.
