The interview process began with a brief HR chat (30 minutes), then a 30-minute conversation with the Hiring Manager, which went well and moved me to the next stage. After that, I was given a case study to create a full program plan, which I spent a whole weekend on. I then presented my work in a one-hour panel interview, and it seemed to go well. I followed up several times but never heard back about the outcome. It's frustrating when HR doesn't share results after I put in so much time and effort.

The process started with three rounds and seemed good at first: 1. A recruiter call. 2. A call with the UK hiring manager where I had to do a product presentation. 3. The final interview with the EMEA Head of Product. Everyone was nice, and things went well. After the last interview, they said I'd hear back by a date the next week because the Head of Product was traveling. When I didn't hear back by then, I emailed my HR contact. They replied quickly saying: - They got good feedback verbally. - An offer was being put together. - Some new stuff was being added to the offer/contract. - They needed until a date the next week for a final update. - A 15-minute Google Meet would be set up to go over the details. What happened after that was crickets. All contact stopped. I followed up a bunch by email, CC'd the hiring manager, and even sent LinkedIn requests to everyone, but no one replied. It was super disappointing because I put in a lot of time and effort, had a three-round interview and presentation, and they verbally confirmed an offer was coming. The total lack of professionalism in just ghosting me is wild. I'm putting this in the ghosting database since others had similar experiences with Method around the same time. Would love an explanation from Method. Even though it started positive, this turned out to be one of the most unprofessional recruitment experiences I've had.

I started talking with them in early August. First, I had a chat with the recruiter. The recruiter said they had so many roles open for the position I applied for, but then claimed they didn't have any available. I was confused and asked why they were talking to me and if they weren't aware of their own careers page. I mentioned I have a friend who works there and likes it, and the recruiter became quite animated for the rest of the call. Towards the end of August, I then had a portfolio review with the lead. The conversation went well, and he explained their process, which seemed unnecessarily long. After that, the recruiter contacted me again, thanked me for checking in, and said they were in the middle of portfolio reviews, but then completely ghosted me. It's disappointing because I thought ghosting was a thing of the past in 2022 and that people would at least send a rejection email. Basically, if you really want to work there, try to get a referral from someone who already works there.

overall the process was very good. from the first initial phone screen with recruiting, all the way to the final interview step/ "homework" the team was very accommodating and supportive each step of the way. there was one additional interview step than usual since the hiring manager was on vacation so i had interviewed with his colleague. but for a total of 4 steps in the interview process it was a pleasant experience
