METCOR/LSI Interview Questions

They started with a recruiter phone call, then had a group interview where everyone asked and answered questions in a round-robin format, and finally, they had to submit an assignment for the interviewers to review.

The interview process involved multiple people and an assessment. It was a round robin of basic questions where you had to make yourself stand out. The assessment reviewed the skills mentioned in the job description.

The interview process went smoothly and at a good pace. The final interview was a group activity where we all worked on some tasks together. It was actually pretty fun and engaging. The interviewers made sure we knew what to expect and that it wasn't a cutthroat competition like on Survivor. It seemed like they wanted to see how well we could collaborate as a team while also showing our individual skills.

First, I had to send in a writing sample along with my resume. Then, I went to the DC office. I sat with the interviewers, answered some questions, and did a couple of tests. The interviewers were nice and asked good questions. They asked follow-up questions when needed but not too much, and they were happy to talk about the company and its future, which felt good. The tests were timed and tough because of the time limit, which is the point – to see how you plan and produce under pressure. So, be ready for that depending on the job. Both tests were fair, you just need to be good at managing your time. I was really impressed they actually checked my references and called them all, as my references told me they got the calls. It's great that they actually read my writing sample too, because the interviewers brought it up and talked about the technical stuff in it.
