It was simple and a breeze. Make sure to give smart and logical ideas that can help the workflow. I contacted them via social media, in Monterrey, I received a good welcome from the HR lady, her attitude was very good at all times, the first interview was a review of my CV and aptitudes, second interview with the Area Manager, I found the conversation very pleasant, the interview was relatively easy, I never received feedback on whether or not the vacancy was filled, terrible follow-up

Got a selection message via Randstad. Next is an in-person interview at the plant with the sector or area head. Then a pre-employment and psychometric exam (not sure if they do drug tests in the medical exam). Will keep updating as I go.

Marketing Manager
So the interview process is basically all the steps you go through to get considered for a job. It can differ a lot, but here's the usual rundown: First, you apply, usually online with your resume and maybe a cover letter. Then, the hiring folks check out all the applications to pick the ones that seem to fit the basics. After that, there's usually a quick chat, phone or video, with a recruiter or HR person to get to know you, check your qualifications, and see how you communicate. For some jobs, you might have to do a technical test, like coding problems or exercises related to your field. Then come the behavioral interviews, where they ask about how you handled stuff in past jobs – like working under pressure or leading a team. Sometimes you'll interview with a few people from the team, maybe peers or managers, to see how you'd fit in. For some roles, especially more senior ones, you might go in for an on-site interview, which could include one-on-one chats, group talks, or even a presentation. Some places also have assessment centers with different exercises. After that, you might have final interviews with higher-ups to check on culture fit and strategic alignment. Then, they'll probably check your references. If all goes well, they'll offer you the job, and then you might negotiate before accepting. Keep in mind, companies do this differently, but the main idea is to see if you're qualified, skilled, fit the culture, and can contribute.
