First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Metacube Software Pvt. Ltd..
Quality Assurance Analyst
The interview process was straightforward. It began with a recruiter call, followed by two technical rounds. The initial HR discussion was over the phone, and then the two technical rounds took place on Google Meet. However, I decided to withdraw from the process during the second technical round because I found the interviewer to be quite obnoxious and unprofessional. He repeatedly inquired about my salary offer from MetaCube, even after I politely declined to answer twice. Despite my refusal, he persisted for a third time. If a candidate doesn't meet expectations or company standards, it's important to avoid demeaning comments – basic professional etiquette. I was treated poorly even before becoming an employee. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I'm not eager to work there.
- Could you outline the test scenarios you would create for a lift?
QA Tester
There were 4 face-to-face rounds. First was a technical round with the QA Lead which was a little tough, they asked many questions regarding Testing like Smoke and Sanity, and about my working in the previous company and some logical questions. Second was another technical round with the Manager which was very tough, he asked me about my previous company work and asked questions from my answers and asked me the pseudo code for a given scenario. The third was an HR Round, to negotiate and ask personal things. It will take around a full working day, and it was the longest interview ever. They did provide parties, sandwiches, and tea.

QA Engineer
The interview process involved a series of stages. First, there was an objective test with 40 multiple-choice questions. This was followed by a subjective test with 5 questions. Next, a technical discussion centered on the objective and subjective papers. Then, a technical discussion with the Project Manager took place, covering past experiences and projects. Another technical discussion followed with the QA Head, delving into the objective and subjective papers, and also posing new questions, including a check of coding skills. A Director Round involved a technical and personality review. Finally, an HR round focused on salary discussions.
