The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“5 interview stages in total - which on its own is pretty intense for an entry level role at the company. They asked questions around conscious/unconscious biases, technical skills, cross functional collaboration, a difficult role you worked on, and managing candidate experience. Questions themselves weren’t too hard but the overall process is long winded and stretched out over a couple of months.”Candidate-reported process
“I was surprised at how casually a team of recruiters handled an interview with a fellow recruiter. Since I didn’t get an offer, I figure the decision to not move forward was made early because my interviewers clearly weren’t interested in what I had to say. One of them even spent most of the interview on his phone sending messages.”Candidate-reported process
“a meta recruiter contacted me. We had a screening call, the recruiter was very positive during the call and said he will schedule me for the next round asap. Before saying goodbye he remembered to ask about my comp expectation, then he realized it doesnt fit the range. Even though he promised he will get back with an update, I never heard from him again.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
