The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

Consisted of an initial screen with HR, then a Hiring Manager screen, and then a take home assignment. Presented the take home assignment to the Hiring Manager and then had 4 back to back 30 min screens with 4 cross-functional leaders. Was pretty straightforward and focused a lot on past experience.Candidate-reported process
Applied through their portal and had a recruiter screen and then a 30 minutes Hiring Manager (Tech) screen. Didn't get selected for loop interviews.Candidate-reported process
Standard behavior questions with three different areas and stakeholders. If you pass, then you will be asked to review a business case and share your feedback. How to solve the problem or GTM planning.Candidate-reported process
