1 recruiter screen, Hiring manager, 3 individual screens, case study. Process was interesting - make sure to follow the study guide. Everything they outline in there is what they asked me in terms of case study. They send you a PDF document before the interview and you have to do some calculations on it. These are the questions: • A Media Spend Recommendation to deliver on the goals detailed above. • Prioritize which placements, packages, and audience targets they should use to increase website visits, new subscriptions and ROAS. • Suggest any additional data or detail that you would ask for to improve your recommendation. The document overwhelms you with data, so make sure to only focus on the right elements.

I was first reached out to by a talent acquisition consultant and had my first interview over the phone. It was a nice experience; he sounded genuinely excited about bringing me on board, shared detailed insights about the role and really highlighted the salary package and work benefits. A week later, I had a second interview with the hiring manager, which also went well. Shortly after that, I received and accepted the offer. But now it’s been three weeks since I accepted, and even after several follow-ups, I still haven’t heard anything back. It has left me feeling ghosted, which I’ve never gone through after formally accepting a job. It feels very unprofessional and disappointing, especially because I was honestly very excited about the opportunity.

The interview process includes a Recruiter, Hiring Manager, and a panel of interviewers from different teams. The loop interview has conversations with three different people to assess candidates more fully. You must pass each stage to move to the next one. If one person on the panel veto you out, you will not be able to get the offer.
