The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“Was a few months long process overall, that started with 2-3 phone interviews. Then, I had a Zoom interview with two team leads to talk about the role. Overall, everyone was very friendly and communicative. Each person I spoke with left me feeling happy and positive with their friendliness. It was mostly behavioral questions and a lot of “tell me about a time you…””Candidate-reported process
“Met with several people on the content team. After that I was given a timed UX writing test. I did well on it and then they asked me to present on my background. The recruiter seemed very keen through the whole process and then completely ghosted me at the final stage. It felt extremely unprofessional, especially since the whole thing took 2–3 months and took a lot of time and energy.”Candidate-reported process
“Phone screening only, usual questions about what is expected from the company, career plan, etc. But some odd questions not relevant to the job opening itself. In the end it turned out that the role is only about reviewing Facebook posts in a specific language.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
