The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“A bad experience overall because the hiring manager didn’t really seem interested in getting to know me as a potential employee and just had a list of prewritten questions I had to answer. The strange thing was he didn’t say anything about the answers I gave, but the moment my answer ended he would immediately shoot the next question. Sometimes it felt like he was just waiting for my answer to end so he could ask the next question on his list.”Candidate-reported process
“Multiple interviews, I made it to the 3rd round. The recruiter was great to work with for setting up the process and sharing next steps and insights on what to prepare for in the upcoming interviews.”Candidate-reported process
“Three rounds, overall positive experience, but I didn’t get the offer. Friendly hiring team who asked thoughtful questions. It seemed like it would be a positive place to work with supportive coworkers and helpful management. I’d apply for similar roles at this company again if the opportunities came up.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
