The interview process itself was like a very relaxed chat. The problem started with the test they gave. The layout design came in a huge screen size and consequently, it was out of scope on smaller screens. I asked for the layout to be adjusted to a smaller screen size because I would have to make a lot of adaptations, and they simply didn't listen. I spent the test days adjusting the layout, and when I submitted it, they simply ignored all the messages I sent. I found it to be a total lack of professionalism.
