First, I had to submit a lot of documents and write some essays. Then, there was a Skype call, followed by a multi-day campus visit for the final stage. This included teaching a class, meeting with students and individual professors, the whole department, the dean, and the provost. There was also a dinner off-campus with some professors. It was a really long and tiring schedule!
