First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Messerli | Kramer.
EDI Analyst
The interview process was smooth and well organized. Started with a quick HR screen, followed by another interview round with the Manager. Questions were fair and relevant to the role. Communication was clear throughout, and I received feedback within a week. Overall, a positive experience.
- Tell me about your strengths and how they relate to this position.
Law Clerk
I had a good time interviewing with Messerli Kramer. The questions they asked were fitting for the role, the interviewers were nice people, and I learned a lot about what the job entails. I'd definitely think about applying to work with them again.
- What makes you want to apply to this company?
Attorney
I talked with three partners at the firm for over an hour. It seemed to go great, but I never heard back, not even a basic thank you.
- Do you have court experience?
- Do you have management experience?
Skip Tracer
First, there was a typing test. To get hired, you needed to type over 400 characters in three minutes, and you got three tries. It seems like Skip Tracers here are basically data entry specialists. If you're a real Skip Tracer, I wouldn't even bother with this company. I have a feeling this company might eventually outsource or automate the skip tracing part. On the bright side, the hiring supervisor seemed nice.
