First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Messer Group.
Customer Service Representative
Had a quick phone call where they asked about my previous jobs, what I'm doing now, how much I want to make, the top 3 things I look for in a job, and my 3-year career goals.
- What are three things you'd look for in a workplace?
Process Manager
I had a phone interview and then three individual interviews. The technical lead interviewed me on the phone and again in person. The project manager and the CEO/HR Director also interviewed me. Each interview was about half an hour. They asked me about my work experience related to the job, about the company, and about my career path. Part of the interview was in English.
- How do you manage conflicts within a work team as a department head? Provide real examples.
Pharmacist
There was only one interview, and I wasn't asked for another round because I didn't have enough experience. They needed one more round before making a decision. It was a nice experience overall.
- Can you tell jokes?
- Would you do something illegal if instructed?
Analista Financeiro
It was pretty straightforward. First, I had a chat with someone from HR, then a really simple math test. After that, I interviewed with the area supervisor.
- Name three qualities you possess.
