The interview process was friendly and welcoming. I met with various team members, including senior staff. I was offered coffee and water. It wasn't intimidating at all; very Midwest vibes. The people there seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and shared why they stay at the firm.

Applied online and got a call from HR for a first phone chat. The questions were pretty easy, but one caught me off guard. Then, about 2-3 weeks later, they invited me for an on-site interview. At the on-site, I met the HR person again who went over some of the same stuff from the phone call. After that, I met with my potential manager and then their boss, one after the other. The talk with the manager was about the job itself and was cool and professional. The manager's boss was a bit more laid-back, in a less typical interview. The boss asked questions to get a feel for my character and personality. I also got the vibe the boss was trying to unsettle me (boss was super casual, dropped some F-bombs, and called some of the work 'boring'). It felt like they were looking for someone quiet, meek, and content with their situation. The main thing seemed to be how long I'd stay in the job.

The interview process was a good experience. I went through two rounds where I met various people at different levels within the company. It was a great opportunity to learn more about the organization. Everyone I met was friendly and made me feel welcome. Some of the senior folks asked some tough questions.
