It was an online process where I had to record myself answering questions. I had unlimited time to think and unlimited takes, but only one minute to actually answer each question. The questions were pretty easy if you thought about them. About a month later, I was invited to a group interview session over Zoom, and then a one-on-one interview.

The interview process started with a virtual Microsoft Teams video call. Then, there was an in-person interview at the headquarters in Phoenix. I interviewed with two people, the Accounting Manager and the Controller, and the interview lasted about 30 to 45 minutes.

I applied in march and did a video interview. After that, they sent me letter for group interview where they described job and company, and if you ask questions this is good sign. Then I had final interview on zoom or microsoft with supervisor and inflight supervisor. The questions they asked were: Tell me about yourself, and your professional experience. What inspired you to become a flight attendant? Being a flight attendant is a lot of fun, it comes with a big responsibility keep everyone safe. Can you bring to a time when had a challenge at work and did you overcome? What do you think what would be the most exciting and challenging as a being flight attendant? They said I would hear back in a week but I didn't, I had to email them for an update and was told my manager didn't include me. I feel they discriminated me because of my accent and because I'm not originally from America.

I applied to Mesa Airlines on October 2nd. The application was super easy and fast. I got an invite for the one-way interview on October 5th. They asked 3 questions: "Who is my inspiration besides my parents?" "Why do I want to become a flight attendant?" and "What does hospitality mean to me?" Then on October 17th, I had my face-to-face interview where they asked about 5 questions, including "What's a time where I dealt with criticism?" and "How would your coworkers describe you?" The recruiter was awesome and it felt more like a chat than an interview. I got my CJO on October 19th!
