Behavioral Technical

It was a really fast and simple interview process. They clearly communicated what they were looking for. It started with them explaining the role and company, then I shared my experience, and after that, we moved into questions. The interviewer was very helpful and made sure to answer all my questions.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a 3-round process. First was a recruiter call, then a hiring manager chat, and the final round was a case study presentation to the manager and the sales lead. The first two were over Teams, but the last one was in person at the office. Still no word after a month, so I'm guessing it's a no.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process is generally 3 rounds: First, an initial HR screening/interview. Then, a team-based interview with the R&D department. Finally, a last assessment round. The HR round usually goes over your background and experience, asks behavioral questions about your strengths and weaknesses, checks your interest in the role and company, and verifies your basic qualifications. The team interview dives into your technical knowledge for R&D work, your problem-solving abilities, how you'd fit the research team's culture, specific project discussions, and your laboratory or research experience.

Behavioral Technical

First up was HR, asking some pretty basic stuff like how you've worked in teams before and why you're interested in Merz. After that, I had a chat with the area manager, which is as far as I got. This part was more about going through my resume, talking about what the job actually involves, and checking out my past experience. They also wanted to know how much I really want this gig, mentioning it's a tough role.
