After seeing an ad on Craigslist, I submitted an application and was called in for an interview the very next day. I talked with the manager and head receptionist. They asked me questions about my previous experience, why I wanted the job, what hours I was looking for, and what made me a good fit. The interview felt friendly and they really listened to me. The office was tidy, but not overly sterile. They sent me home and then called me back the next day for orientation. I watched some training videos and after answering some questions, they told me I was hired.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The whole thing took over two months to complete. I had a bunch of phone interviews with different people in management. Honestly, I had pretty much given up hope because they were really bad at letting me know where I stood in the process, like, the communication was just not good. After all those phone calls, I had a one-on-one with the regional manager. Then, they had me come to their home office in Memphis for a panel interview and some role-playing stuff.

I got an email about 2-3 days after applying online to set up a 15 minute phone interview for the next week, which was to find out more about myself. Then I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview two days later. This interview was pretty casual and I was asked standard questions about my experience. After that, I took a 30 minute cognitive test on a computer. I found out the next day via email that they went with another candidate.

I was brought in pretty fast. They got the paperwork ready and the supervisor talked me through everything about the job. There's a LOT of paperwork to sign. When the drug screen results are back, they'll call you to start the new worker orientation. For the first few weeks, you get paid hourly, then it's commission-based.
