The interview was a group setting and very interactive. We did some drawing and direction exercises. The staff conducting the interview were really friendly and made it feel welcoming. It was unlike any interview I've done before.

You start by applying online, which is super easy. Then, there's a group interview followed by an individual one. The group interview had about 6 other people applying for different roles and 2 people from Merritt. It was a relaxed and fun vibe. They asked some casual questions and we did a partner activity to make it interactive. The whole group session lasted around 20-30 minutes.

It was a fair interview process. They didn't ask typical interview questions. First, there was a quick phone screen with the HR manager where they asked about my sales background and management style. Then, I had a 30-minute in-person interview with the Sales VP and the area manager. The VP asked about my retail experience and also some unusual interview questions.

you have to do two interviews, sometimes you have to do a group interview and other times you don't, it just all depends on the club your going to work for. if i were you i would try for a club that's not express, more guarantee there
