It was a full day of interviews, from about 10:30 am to 4:45 pm. We started with me meeting a bunch of team members in small groups of two, each chat lasting around 30 minutes. Then, I had an hour lunch with the manager. After that, I met with a few more people from the team. Later, I had a 30-minute call with HR and another 30-minute meeting with the head of the department. The day wrapped up with a tour of the lab. Everyone was super nice and seemed really interested. Some questions were pretty challenging, but overall it felt like a really good experience.

The morning of the interview had bad weather, but the HR rep was really nice about it and tried hard to make sure everything went well. They spent a lot of time asking about my personality. I think the company really values teamwork and a good work environment. I met with the HR rep and 4 scientists, and the whole thing took about 3 hours.

Had a series of 1:1 interviews. The company culture felt really positive, and it seemed like all employees, both those I interviewed with and others I met casually, felt the same way. The recruiter did a great job organizing the interview, and I felt pretty informed before starting. Some of the senior people I interviewed with seemed a bit less into it than I expected, especially compared to the more junior folks on the team.

I interviewed with a Senior Scientist and a Principal Scientist. The interview seemed to go well, and they told me I performed well and that the next step would be with HR, and they would be in touch. I was really hopeful about getting the job. Five weeks passed with no update. I tried to follow up, and they said they weren't moving forward with my application at this time.
