Had a 20min phone screening, and then was invited for a two-round in-person interview on campus (back-to-back). There were four people total, but it was supposed to be five originally (one person couldn't make it last minute). They ended up hiring internally.

I got an email and then had a 30-minute phone interview. It was with a senior faculty member from the department and an HR person. They were really strict about the 30-minute time limit. They were also very clear about the whole timeline.

I applied and they got back to me quickly via email. We then set up a time for me to come in for an interview. I wore appropriate interview attire, which was noticed. They asked me about ten questions, and I had to provide examples for each.
