I had an initial chat with HR, then met with the main person I would be supporting. The third meeting was with another person I would support. HR laid out the job description and what kind of assistant they were looking for to support the executive. The interviews were pretty standard. The meetings with the executives were more laid-back, like getting to know each other.

I was contacted by a third-party recruiter, and then had three in-person interviews on-site, two of which were with HR and the hiring manager. The entire process spanned about two months. During the interviews, they talked a lot about the company needing to modernize, become relevant, and restructure processes, but none of that actually happened. They talked the talk but didn't walk the walk, so take everything they say with a grain of salt.

The interview was super fast. I met the owner, and they asked me a few basic questions about my resume, my thoughts on sales and commission, and my salary expectations. I got the job offer right after.

It was a long interview process. First, I had to submit my resume. Then, I recorded a two-minute video introducing myself, my background, and why I'm a good fit. After that, there were several phone and Skype interviews with a panel.
