The HR department was great, and the employees were very friendly, making for a positive interview experience. You'll usually interview with several people from the same team. It's possible they might want you to speak with another person, so be prepared for potentially needing more time.

I applied online and HR reached out to set up an in-person interview. The interview itself felt a bit unfocused with the two people I met, but they did agree my background in automotive was a strong fit for the role and we discussed typical media planning topics. I felt good about it afterwards, and HR confirmed my interest. However, I later checked my application status online and saw I was rejected the day after the interview. My follow-up with HR for feedback went unanswered.

I had an initial phone chat with HR, then met with HR in person. After that, they set up one-on-one meetings with a few team members all on the same day. The office vibe is a bit old-fashioned, but the culture seems pretty relaxed with people coming in around 10 am. Account Executives get MACs, and most people are in cubicles in the middle area. The folks working there are really nice. I liked my experience.

The interview was pretty laid back, mostly focused on whether I'd be a good fit personality-wise and culturally for the agency and the specific account team. I met with HR first, and then the whole account team, which included the Group Account Director, Account Director, and Supervisor.
