The interview process was super easy and straightforward with just two rounds: HR and the Hiring Manager. They mainly wanted to see if I'm willing to put in the extra hours, so I made sure to show a lot of enthusiasm. That was pretty much it.

Applied online on Mar 22, got a call back the same day from a recruiter. Had a 20-minute phone call with the recruiter on Mar 24. Then a 40-minute video interview with the Hiring Manager on Mar 29. On April 7, there was a 2-hour video interview with 5 people (peer, Dir Comms, Creative Dir, Paid Media Manager, and Dir Digital Experience). The next day, April 8, I had a 30-minute project presentation with all the previous interviewers plus the Global Chief of Marketing. After all this, I waited 2 weeks for a response, tried to follow up with the recruiter, but got ghosted. This was after 3 1/2 hours of interviews and no follow-up, not even an automated email.

Behavioral Presentation

I had multiple phone interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager before I went in person to meet the team. After meeting the team (twice), I was asked to come back for a presentation to a large group. This is apparently a company requirement. I didn't get much guidance on the presentation itself, so I made my best guess, and thankfully it worked out because I got the job.
