& Process

I went through three interviews. First was a recruiter phone screen where they talked about the job and checked if I fit the culture. Then I spoke with the Hiring Manager about my past experience. Finally, I met with the VP for a culture fit chat. Everything went well, and it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.

The interview has 3 stages. First a telephone interview, then a group interview and then presenting a campaign strategy to a director. I only got through the first to phases. The telephone interview was really straight forward and the interviewer was very friendly. Do some reading up on programmatic beforehand as they ask a couple of basic technical questions. The group interview consisted of quite a relaxed group presentation about yourself to the group, answering questions given to you in advance (3 about you and 1 technical). There is then a group activity which is straightforward and doesn't need preparation. Then for some candidates there's an interview with HR. This was the hardest part of the interview process. They asked some tricky questions and were very intense.

Applied for a remote position with relocation to Little Rock, and received a phone screen invite from a recruiter about two weeks later. The recruiter asked standard questions about my experience. I was rejected less than two days after the phone screen. Because I wasn't given a chance to proceed further, I don't have much to say about the overall process.
