The interview process was straightforward. I spoke with the Regional hiring manager, and then I had conversations with three individuals at the National level. All of them were very friendly, making for an easy discussion.

This was a long process, spanning about 3-4 months. I spoke with all the regional managers and upper management. I also had to do a personality profile and several in-person and phone interviews. They did extend an offer, which I accepted and negotiated terms for, including relocation assistance. Just a heads-up, be careful with this company because they ended up backing out of the offer they made me, which wasn't very professional.

First had an initial interview with the ED. We talked about the job and they asked about my adaptability to changing environments. Then I had a follow-up interview with the Wellness Director and RCC. We discussed our respective roles and how on-call rotations and staff scheduling work. After that, I interviewed with the ED again to go over pay and benefits. I received an offer letter and accepted it within a few days.
