The interview process was very friendly. They started with softball questions to gauge my interest, then moved on to content questions and my background experience. I also had to meet with other managers and ask them questions. The interview team seemed prepared and excited about hiring.

It was a pretty typical interview process. I spoke with the hiring manager, their boss, and the lead person in the role. The interviews got a little tougher as they went on, ending with the head manager. Everyone was pretty chill.
