The interviewer talked about the company and the job, then asked me to tell them about my career. They asked more questions about my background. I got to ask questions at the end. They seemed into it but never told me their decision, even though they gave a timeline. I emailed to check in but never heard back.

After submitting my application online, I received an email a few days later to set up a phone screening. I had already talked to someone at the company who helped my application. Two days after the phone screening, I was asked to interview on Skype with two people. The interview itself seemed to go well, but the company's follow-up was really unprofessional. I waited two weeks to check in and was told they were figuring out staffing needs due to changes in the division and would decide soon. It's now been over a month since I interviewed, and I haven't even received an email saying they chose someone else or stopped hiring for the role. I'm pretty disappointed.

I applied on their website and they called me for a phone interview a few days later. It was a pretty standard interview. The interviewer mentioned that there's no potential for advancement in this role, which felt like a typical desk job involving filing and taking calls. The company seemed to think highly of itself, but honestly, I got the impression they don't actually do much. I was ghosted after the interview, which I found really unprofessional, especially since I thought I did well. They had a really arrogant vibe.
