First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Meridian Health Services.
Project Manager
Had 3 interviews all in one go on the same day. The lead person was on the phone and there was a lot of background noise during the first interview, which was unprofessional. They asked the same questions in each interview, maybe they weren't listening to my answers. This is a bad representation of the company for someone who could be a new hire. I haven't heard anything back in two weeks, just got a thank you email.
- Tell me about your background and skills.
Behavioral Clinician
They started by asking about me and my qualifications, then moved on to behavioral questions. They presented me with various scenarios and asked how I would approach them. Finally, they inquired about my educational and previous work experience.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you elaborate on your qualifications?
- What would be your approach to handling these given scenarios?
Registered Nurse
The interview was straightforward and professional. The interviewer was really nice and asked me about my work history and schooling. They didn't ask much about my specific nursing skills, likely because the interviewer was from HR. At the end, they also made copies of my driver's license and professional license.
- What is your work experience?
- What is your education?
Behavioral Health Clinician
HR will screen your application, then if they like you, they will set up an interview with your supervisor. The supervisor will ask you about your job performance abilities and what unique talents/skills you can contribute. If you pass that, HR will follow up with an offer. HR is picky and often won't send applications to managers.
- How effective are you when collaborating within a team?
