I applied in October. I had a phone interview in mid-November, then another one before they had us come in for a group discussion. They watched and took notes. That was at the start of December. It's now the end of March and they still haven't made a decision. I really want to work there this summer but I don't know how much longer I can wait for an answer.

I took a critical thinking test and then met with people from different departments. They asked me about my resume, hobbies, and why I was interested in the company. The company culture seemed very family-oriented, and they paid attention to what I said. I felt very comfortable during the interview. The dress code was casual, but the other candidates were in business attire.
