Went through 2 interviews, the people interviewing me were very nice. They asked about self-care, which is pretty important for this kind of job. Standard interview stuff like asking about my strengths, weaknesses, and if I'm a team player.

In person interview, panel with development team and supervisors. Pretty casual, unfortunately the supervisor coordinating the interview mentioned how brief their employment with the organization was and frankly, they did not know the exact questions to ask. Candidates were told they would hear back by a certain date whether they moved forward or not and instead I heard nothing at all! Lack of communication and professionalism.

The process took two weeks total. First, I had an interview with 3 people (my future boss and 2 coworkers) in Santa Ana. Then, I had a second interview with two people (the boss and the CEO), also in Santa Ana. After that, I got the offer.
