HR will reach out first to do an initial screening. Following that, there will be two more interviews via zoom with different company staff members. After that, you'll shadow for about 2 hours. The last step is a final meeting with one of the directors and one of the coordinators.

I had a phone interview with HR, then I was asked to come in. A week later, I met in person with HR and then the program manager on the same day. Later that week, I was asked to come back and shadow for two hours. After a couple weeks, the vp and director of youth programming interviewed me. About two weeks later, my references were all contacted, and then I heard nothing. After about two more weeks, I emailed and was told they wanted to interview a few more people and would let me know when the position was filled. And then nothing.

I went through three interviews: first a phone call, then two in-person meetings. The first was with HR, then I met my direct manager, and finally the directors. They are also having potential candidates shadow the role now. I also had to take a drug test, a background check, and a DCFS check. A valid IL license is required. I also completed an aptitude test and a personality quiz.

The process started with an initial phone call, then an in-person interview, followed by an in-person shadow, and two virtual interviews. The whole thing felt disorganized, possibly due to still recovering from COVID. It also took a really long time to get any feedback, which was disappointing.
