I interviewed with a few folks on the pharmacy team, like the director, the lead tech, a pharmacist, and the operations manager. They all asked me different things based on what they do. After the interviews, I got a tour of the pharmacy. If I got the job, I would have had to do onboarding, and also a drug test and background check for employee health. It took about 3 weeks from getting the offer to my start date.

It was an online interview with 2 interviewers, where I was asked 10 questions, a mix of personal and scenario-based. The interview was quick and straightforward. Following this, successful candidates proceed to a reference check (Xref). Once that's completed, they'll receive an email confirming success, followed by contract signing and then buddy shifts.

This was the worst interview ever. It was full of confirmation bias. The grant supervisor shamed and gaslighted me. They have a deficiency-based perspective about candidates qualified for the job, which says a lot about how they treat workers. The recruiter also laughed when I told him I had a preferred name that I had already listed on my resume.

Had a phone screen with a recruiter that lasted 30 minutes. They asked me standard questions and went over my resume. After that, I had an in-person panel interview with people from the department. The interview was about an hour long. It took a while to hear back about the decision.
