It was a smooth process. First, I spoke with a recruiter over the phone about my background and education. Then, I had a take-home written test that I had 3 hours to complete. After that, there was a technical phone interview where they asked basic OOP and SQL questions, and also some questions related to my resume and current project. Finally, we discussed the job itself.
