I applied online and then HR reached out to schedule the interviews. I had two virtual interviews, and then a final in-person panel interview. The interviewers were nice and we had good conversations, but after that, they ghosted me completely without any updates or closure. Considering the time I spent, this felt unprofessional and disrespectful.

It started with a recruiter reaching out on LinkedIn. They gave me some details about the job and set up a quick call. After that, I talked virtually with the Hiring Manager. Then, I had another virtual chat with someone who works with the Hiring Manager. The next step was an in-person panel interview in Fond du Lac, WI. This included the Hiring Manager, their peer, and the VP of Sales. The whole thing took exactly two months, and sadly, they ended up choosing someone else. The recruiter was responsive, and everyone involved was nice.

The recruiter ghosted me after the first interview. Applied again almost a year later, she used the old email thread to reach out and then set up an interview with someone in HR. Had that interview, then a final interview with five people. Ghosted again. Waited two months for feedback or rejection. Received a generic email Sunday night at 2:30am saying they went with someone else.

I applied online for this Production Supervisor job on July 5th. Got a call on July 12th for a phone interview the next day at 11 am. The interview was with the hiring manager, who used to do this job. They asked me about my background and skills and said I did well. They mentioned they had more people to interview and would let me know about a possible on-site interview. I got a call on August 3rd to schedule the on-site interview. It was a panel interview with the hiring manager, Area Manager, and Production Manager. It was pretty relaxed, and the questions were easy, mostly asking for more details about my resume. They said I did well and would let me know in two weeks. I didn't hear back, so I called them twice, leaving messages. On September 6th, I got an email saying they hired someone else whose experience was a better fit.
