UX Designer
I talked to the Head of Product first, and then to the Sr. Technical Product Manager. The Sr. Technical Product Manager told me I was qualified and that they would be lucky to have me. They mentioned they would set up the next interviews with the Designer team. However, the next day I got an email from HR saying that the department had changed and the role was no longer available.

Customer Analytics Lead
Throughout my career, I have effectively communicated complex technical concepts with stakeholders. Through strategic data analysis, I have helped companies significantly reduce costs and enhance customer engagement. I am passionate about solving real-world problems through data-driven approaches, driving business growth and optimization.

Front End Developer
The interview process was pretty chill and everyone was super nice. I spoke with my recruiter, Linda, first who was really professional and upfront about everything. The first step was a quick phone call with her, then an online coding challenge that was timed but not watched. After that, I had a pretty long in-person interview, about 2-3 hours. It was split into panels. First, a technical interview with the engineering team for an hour, then 30 mins with the HR manager. After that, 30 mins with the head of product and SRE manager, and finally 30 mins with the CTO. Sadly, they decided to go with someone else after the in-person because that candidate had more experience in enterprise environments.
- Can you write pseudocode to efficiently count all non-negative numbers in a sorted matrix?
- How would you structure a JSON object to store people and their hobbies?
- What's your approach to finding the middle node in a linked list?
Software Developer
The interview process was a bit strange. First, there was a phone chat that was mostly fine and people were generally nice. The problems really started during the onsite interviews. I was supposed to have a meeting with a leader first, but they didn't show up for no clear reason, which was pretty unprofessional. The technical interview parts felt really outdated, which wasn't great. Like, why would I need to code a sorting algorithm for this job? After that experience, I didn't really want to work there anymore, and honestly, it seemed like they didn't want me to work there either.
- Could you implement a bubble sort algorithm?
