Recruiter called me for background information and then scheduled an onsite interview. I was asked to prepare a job talk presentation and 5 mins on 2 topics related to the role. The presentation was 30 mins long, followed by 30 mins of questions. The second interview was a formal HR interview with general leadership questions. I got an offer in 2 weeks.
