It was a three round interview, first round was more like get to know you process and second round is more about experience and see what you're capable of, and last round is with the co-CEO and its more to see if you're willing to grow and strive for opportunities.

I applied for an HR role online. They interviewed me for three rounds. They asked a lot of questions, not just about the HR position but also about the business in general, as if they're facing many issues. In the end, after the final interview, I was informed that they had already extended an offer to someone else before I even started the process. It seems they were just using the interviews to gather information.

The interview process was really nice and comfortable. The interviewer was very nice and the conversation flowed smoothly. However, the HR department was quite slow in processing my application. I had to follow up a few times to get any feedback. Apart from that, it was a very nice experience and I highly recommend it.
