I applied online and they got back to me the next week to set up an interview for later that same week. It was a panel interview. The interviewers seemed rushed and were constantly getting distracted by students walking by, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. They explained the job and what they were looking for clearly. They didn't mention pay, though. I thought I did great, but I never heard back from them.

I had a virtual interview with the president and an HR person. Only the president asked questions. They said they would send an offer letter right away, and it arrived by email about a week later. I found the interview kind of unprofessional; the interviewer talked down to my experience and kept interrupting and talking over me.
